The Classical Singers was established in 2016 and is a non-profit organisation registered in Hong Kong.  It is also a section 88 tax-exempt charitable organisation of public character as classified by the IRD and effective 2 August 2017.

The organisation’s objects are:

• For advancement of music education: to learn and perform music to enjoy and share with the public.
• For advancement of music education: to promote ensemble singing to the general public through concerts, street singing and other events.
• For advancement of music education: to advance the public’s knowledge of music and ensemble singing.
• For advancement of music education: To share music with the public and in particular to raise awareness of the value of music for all.
